My Dog, My Guru offers physical products (such as wisdom card decks and journals) and digital resources (such as downloads, guides, and courses). We make every effort to display product descriptions and images accurately; however, colours and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Square, Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 5 business days unless otherwise specified (e.g. pre-orders). Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. Once your order has been dispatched.

6. Refunds and Returns

We want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that things can go wrong. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with photos and a brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We accept returns within 28 days of your order being dispatched for items that are unused, in sellable condition with the shrink wrap unopened. Return postage costs will need to be covered by the sender. Once we receive your returned parcel, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days. To ensure your returned parcel reaches us safely, we suggest using a tracked service and keep proof of postage. For missing parcel in transit, please contact your shipping provider to claim compensation - refunds are only issued with proof of delivery.

Digital products (including downloads and online resources) are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
